5. AI policy — Prosperity programme
5.1 Service description
As part of the Prosperity programme, participants have the option for us to generate images based on prompts created from words submitted in their weekly journal. Prompts do not use specific names or personal identifiers — generic terms such as ‘individual’, ‘woman’, or ‘group’ are used. Images are generated using third-party technologies Midjourney and DALL-E 3.
5.2 Your submissions
By submitting words in your journal, you grant us the right to use those words to create prompts and generate images. You confirm that your submissions do not contain illegal, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. We reserve the right to decline any submission at our sole discretion.
5.3 Opting out
You may opt out of AI image generation at any time by emailing support@catpaterson.com. Upon receipt, we will immediately cease using your submitted words for this purpose.
5.4 Intellectual property
Images generated through our services are the property of Cat Paterson. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires prior written consent.
5.5 Data retention
Images are deleted from AI platforms (Midjourney) within 30 days of delivery to you. Generated images will not be identifiable to individuals and may be used as generic marketing imagery.
5.6 Third-party services
Our image generation services use Midjourney and DALL-E 3. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their performance. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Limitations of liability
6.1 Our services are provided in good faith. We make no guarantees about outcomes from coaching.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or this website.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
